What is CrossFit? Crossfit to me has been a total life changing experience. I never realized something could be so physically encompassing and fun at the same time. In addition, the Crossfit community is like no other. I have made many friends from all over because of Crossfit. If you are asking yourself if Crossfit is for you, there is absolutely NO QUESTION that IT IS! What you will get out of Crossfit will elude you at any globogym. No personal trainer can provide what you will get from a Crossfit either.
