At LTCF we coach and practice a wide variety of ‘functional movements,’ movements that everyday life demands. We match our training to each individuals intensity level and strength. From now on, you’ll be able to say goodbye to typical workout plateaus.
We will constantly encourage you to take your body to the next level. Typically the main Workout Of the Day (or WOD) is completed in less than 30 minutes. BUT, at Lone Tree CrossFIt we believe in mobility, skill review and learning, and strength training, so we use the entire hour to help you better yourself in all fitness areas.
